Jeff is a licensed General B contractor with more than 33 years of hands-on experience in construction, project leadership, and field execution. As a third-generation craftsman, Jeff brings a deep respect for quality workmanship, clear communication, and doing the job right from the ground up.

His background spans residential construction, commercial tenant improvements, wildfire mitigation, project management, and advisory work. Jeff’s strength is bringing structure to complex projects—coordinating people, solving problems in the field, and keeping the work moving with accountability and purpose.

At ThomasBuilt Inc., Jeff leads with a builder’s mindset and an owner’s standard. His focus is simple: deliver high-quality construction, protect the client’s investment, and build long-term trust through professionalism, precision, and follow-through.

Head of Engineering

Bob is a veteran engineer with more than 35 years of experience across industrial energy, automotive innovation, and residential construction. Over a 32-year career with Chrysler and General Motors, Bob developed a creative, problem-solving approach to design, production, and engineering—earning multiple patents that helped shape next-generation vehicle concepts.

Bob also brings a strong construction background as a formerly licensed builder in Michigan, where he gained hands-on experience working under stringent structural and code requirements. Since relocating to California in 2007 and retiring from automotive engineering in 2021, he has continued to apply his cross-industry expertise to construction, design review, safety, and structural execution.

Director of Business Development

Steve brings more than 20 years of sales and marketing experience in the construction industry to ThomasBuilt Inc. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for developing strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and helping projects move forward with clear communication and trust.

In addition to his construction industry experience, Steve has spent 22 years coaching high school basketball. That background has shaped his leadership style—team-focused, goal-driven, and built on motivation, accountability, and communication.
